Con ese objeto se nombro un Sindicato para la instruccion de los Maestros, el cual no tardo en formar un plan para los examenes de historia, teoria y practica de la educacion. En Junio de 1880 se Veri ficaron los primeros examenes con arreglo al plan refe rido. Tambien resolvio el Sindicato que se establecie ran cursos especiales para el ano academino de 1879 a 1880. Del curso de Historia de la Educacion se encar go el Rev. R. H.
