S K Bhattacharya is a Professor and Head of the Electrical Engineering Department of Technical Teachers' Training Institute Chandigarh. He holds a B E degree from Jadavpur University, M E degree from Bengal Engineering College, Howrah, and a Ph D degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science,Pillani.
