Private Eyes (Alex Delaware, #6)

It's been 11 years since seven-year-old Melissa Dickinson found help in therapy with Dr. Alex Delaware. Now the young heiress desperately calls for help once more. Only this time it looks like her deepest childhood nightmare is coming true.

When she calls, Alex remembers the little girl, but now she's a young woman. She seems well adjusted, too. But she is worried about her mother Gina Dickinson who had been assaulted and disfigured some two decades earlier. The man responsible is now out of prison and back in Los Angeles. Will he come after Gina again? And then she disappears. Alex and has friend Milo Sturgis search for answers.
