Storm of the Scorned

Gabriella Moretti has been let down time and time again.

She’s learned to rely on only herself.

Regardless of how much people let her down, she stays loyal to them through thick or thin. That’s how she ends up a waitress by day and stripper by night, paying off her uncle’s never ending gambling debt while also trying to pay her grandmother’s medical expenses.

That’s how she met him. Vincenzo De Luca.

Vincenzo De Luca, the underboss of the Italian Mafia. He’s the psychotic one of the family. It’s no secret he enjoys the screams of his victims. He cares for no one besides his family. That is, until he lays his eyes on his goddess.

She doesn’t fall to his feet like every other woman does, begging for his attention. She refuses to give him the time of day.

Unfortunately for her, he’s a very patient man. He knows one day she’ll need his help, and then he’ll claim her. And there won’t be a damn thing she can do about it.

But he has no idea how stubborn and independent his goddess is…
