Shania lives out her Christmas dream, and Erik is trapped in a holiday nightmare.

Chamberstown’s newest resident, Shania, revels in the winter season as she opens her bookstore and starts anew. However, the town’s lead postal worker, Erik, makes his Grinch-like-attitude clear from the moment they meet.

After package upon package is delivered to Shania’s shop and Erik reveals more of himself, Shania decides to take matters into her own hands and bring cheer to the Scrooge in her life. Little does she know, her love of the holiday has already somehow warmed him up like a cup of hot cocoa on a cold night.
