Anywhere for You (It Happened Up North)

A road trip to a ’90s boy band reunion might be the biggest chance two best friends have to fall in love.

Seeing Canadian ’90s pop sensation True North live in concert has been on Julia Harper’s bucket list since she was fifteen. When the long-awaited reunion tour finally brings them to Vancouver, she refuses to miss her chance. There’s only one person she wants beside her while singing every lyric with thousands of other fans—her lifelong best friend, Lucas Mathers.

Lucas would rather do almost anything than spend a night in a stadium full of screaming pop fans. But when Julia asks him to drive her to the concert, he can’t say no. After all, he’s always been there for her.

What he didn’t plan on were the unexpected detours, car troubles, and one unforgettable road trip that starts to blur the line between friendship and something more.

Now, somewhere between their small town and Vancouver, the feelings Lucas has kept hidden for years are getting harder to ignore—and Julia might finally be noticing them too.

But with their friendship on the line and the concert of a lifetime waiting at the end of the road, they’ll have to decide…

Is the biggest risk missing the show… or finally changing the tune of their relationship?
