Written in the Beat (Heart Beats #1)

A steamy, INSTALOVE, accidental pregnancy, rock star, STANDALONE romance.

Hearts and music both have one thing in common… their beat.

Dance has always been my first love—the one place where I felt weightless, fearless, free. But after a devastating injury, I’m no longer sure who I am without it. I’ve been trying to piece myself back together… until he walks in.

Jax is the last person I expected—famous, magnetic, and heartbreakingly gorgeous. A rising star in the music industry, his life is all chaos and noise. Mine? Quiet, uncertain. But the moment our eyes meet, it’s like the world snaps into focus. The connection is instant. The pull, undeniable.

In his music, I find rhythm. In my presence, he finds something real. And somewhere between the notes and the movement, we find a love that hits like a lightning strike—sudden, overwhelming, and impossible to ignore.

But when dreams collide and fame demands its price, will love be strong enough to hold the rhythm—or will everything fall out of sync?

This is a New Adult contemporary romance about healing, fame, and the kind of love that doesn’t wait for permission—it crashes in and demands to be felt. Written in the Beat is perfect for fans of instant attraction, whirlwind passion, and heart-stealing moments that feel like fate.
