Cross Stitch (Time Travellers #2)

Boy meets girl. Girl falls for boy. Then girl gets thrown through time to a country on the brink of war . . .

Present day

It should be the happiest day of Sarah Yates’s life.

She’s walking down the aisle, about to say ‘I do’ to a future with her true love, John. But she blinks and opens her eyes to 1939.

Because Sarah and John were never going to be an ordinary couple. They’re time travellers, and Sarah is a Stitch — she’s tasked with sewing up holes in time throughout history to save endless innocent lives.

And today of all days, she’s been unexpectedly thrown into the past.

There she meets Veronica, a woman also destined to become a Stitch. But unlike Sarah, she’s less than pleased about it.

It’s clear that their destinies are intertwined. But how? Sarah's been sent to the past with no clear mission. And if she can’t work out why she’s been sent back in time, she’ll never get back to her happy ending.

The past and present are beginning to collide. But can Sarah fight for a future with the love of her life, or will time tear them apart . . . for good?
