A Legacy of Poison and Lies (A Legacy of Storms and Starlight, #2)

Murderer. Monster. Curse.
Six months after fleeing Virian, Zylah Renfall is scraping by as a travelling apothecary, still reeling from the events that forced her to leave in the middle of the night and never look back. But freedom always comes with a price, and for Zylah, it's the sickness spreading through her body like wildfire and the crushing guilt of the life she left behind.
When an old friend brings news of a growing army of monsters, and of Marcus-the Fae responsible for her life as a fugitive-Zylah will stop at nothing for the chance to seek retribution for those caught up in the new king's conflict, a vow that could very well cost her everything.
Together they must find allies to stand against Marcus as Zylah battles with her declining health, her emotions, and the monsters and magic besieging them at every turn.
