Howlie (A Howlie Adventure)

Lexi’s not thrilled about moving from Chicago to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The twisty, winding roads and the houses perched on nearby hills seem strange to her.

On her first sleepless night, Lexi hears a haunting, beautiful song and follows the sound to Basin Spring Park. There she meets Howlie, a shaggy creature with curved horns and glowing yellow eyes.

He is lonely, hungry and an outcast for being different. He doesn’t eat people, instead he prefers bacon cheeseburgers and like Lexi, he just wants to belong. Will her classmates believe her when she tells them about Howlie? Will Howlie find a home at last?

This heartwarming, funny, and magical adventure about friendship, bravery, and belonging brings an ancient Ozark Mountain legend to life with a modern twist.
