The Bachelor on Marco Island (Scott Sisters #3)

Lorry Scott has faced a tumultuous life as a single mother and sole owner of her family’s historic hotel ever since her father’s death. Burned by her ex-husband’s betrayal and at odds with her teen daughter, Tammy, Lorry feels trapped in a web of emotion and isolation.

Her stress only compounds when her mother insists that the hotel needs new renovations. Lorry tries to resist, not wanting to dig their debt even deeper, but she’s unable to stop her mother before she hires a contractor named Tom Barnes. Tom is also a single parent and sparks fly immediately between him and Lorry as they fight over the direction of the hotel. Lorry wants to keep the history and tradition while Tom envisions a modern twist that could bring in new tourists—and more money.

With their visions at odds and Lorry’s daughter acting out more every day, Lorry struggles to balance her duty to the family hotel, her budding romance with Tom, and the fears of her daughter making the same mistakes she did.

In this tale of second chances, unexpected connections, and the challenges of parenthood, Lorry must overcome her past and open her heart amidst the backdrop of Marco Island’s sun-kissed beaches.
