Kentucky (Special Forces: Operation Alpha; Nemesis Inc. Bravo Team #2)

Former SEAL Kentucky Smith can’t stop thinking about the woman he saved. Her strength and resilience stole his breath and captured his heart. He knows the last thing she needs is a mercenary who never knows where the next job will take him. With Nemesis Inc. at war with The Organization, now is not the time to fall in love. Yet, he can’t resist her soft voice, warm smile, and beautiful soul.

Becky Jones knows she’s lucky. Lucky to be alive, lucky to have been rescued, and lucky to have a warm, safe place to recover from her ordeal at the hands of The Organization. The bad guys don't get to win. She will not continue to live like this, jumping at shadows and falling apart when someone makes her step outside her comfort zone. All this was so much easier when the big, gruff, handsome, and oh so sexy Kentucky was by her side. But she’s taken enough help from him. She needs to learn to stand on her own two feet before she can be the woman he needs.

They say the lioness is never afraid to walk ahead because she trusts who’s standing at her back. Now Kentucky needs to convince his ‘lioness’ that he’ll always be the one behind, protecting her. He’ll keep her safe, and he’ll love her forever, if she’ll let him. Easy day… right?

When the US Government needs plausible deniability in a country they shouldn’t be in, they call on the expertise of Nemesis Inc. Bravo Team. When the world declares war on the people they love, Rexar, Kentucky, Draven, Caleb, Tate, Bryan, and Susan Stoker’s Operation Alpha SEAL Team face danger head on to ensure the ones they protect make it out alive.
