Ghostly Kiss (Millsborough Sisters #1)

June 1815— sisters Georgiana and Jenny Millsborough are suddenly orphaned. Their fortune and beloved Devonshire coastal house Cockles Grange has been handed over to greedy distant relations, their hopes for love and marriage dashed. Penniless, they accept an offer from cousins they have never even met: the eccentric but loveable Squire and Mrs. Jennings of Fairsbury Village in the Cotswolds. There, intelligent, responsible Georgiana and irrepressible Jenny are to be settled in a run-down but charming cottage on the edge of land owned by the powerful Lord Fairsbury. When Georgiana meets handsome and affable Ewan Shaw on move-in day, the pair view each other as equals and quickly, friendship quickly blossoms into love. But Ewan is not who he seems—in fact, nothing is as it seems in Fairsbury. Georgiana’s vow to protect Jenny will soon be tested as an unwanted spectral visitor, a scandal past and present, and true love, will all collide in ways that will affect Georgiana and Ewan forever. Ghostly Kiss is the first book of the Millsborough Sisters Series.
