Jimena: Women of La Fuentes Cartel

He always made the fire of desire burn hot inside me. But the determination to never return to that world of ours burned hotter…

Jimena

Escaping the life and love I swore to leave behind in the La Fuentes Cartel was the easy part. Staying hidden and one step ahead was a different story.

I’m Jimena La Fuentes, heiress to the seat that leads the cartel families in my old city. I let my guard down, and now I’ve returned to where I started, dragged back by Ángel Sánchez—the man who once betrayed me. But he forever will be the one that could make my pulse race with one look, set me aflame with a single touch, and let my beast purr to her heart’s content.

There was no escape from my family or him, but I refuse to become what I’ve hated for so long—La Reina de La Fuentes Cartel.

Ángel

Betraying Jimena was the hardest thing I had to do and losing her nearly killed me. What choice did I have? My father was one of the Tenientes of the most powerful cartel in the City of the Eternal Spring, La Fuentes Cartel. And I was about to follow in his footsteps, joining La Familia business.

Years later, I’m a made man, and respect follows me in La Familia. I’m determined to bring Jimena back, even if she despises me. I’ll do anything for her, even burn this world to the ground. She belongs to me, and my beast demands it.

Consequences be damned. Together, we’ll rule the La Fuentes Cartel as King and Queen.
