Now and Forever (Scorpions Hockey: Breakaways #1)

A hockey hotshot comes home to claim the ultimate prize: the heart of his best friend's sister. But can love overcome old wounds and a faceless enemy that can rob him of everything he's worked for?

NAYA
No dating hockey players. That's the golden rule I lived by until I let Elias, my lifelong crush and brother's best friend, strip me bare and break my heart five years ago. Now, he's skating back into my life as a member of the team I run social media for, and all I want is to steer clear. There's just one problem--three games in, Elias gets wrecked along the boards. He wakes up with no memory of the game and signs of a traumatic brain injury. One look at me while concussed and confused, and he claims I'm his long-time girlfriend. If that’s not bad enough, my bosses insist I go along with it and help him heal. But how can I do that and still walk away with my heart intact?

ELIAS
After years of hard work and hustle, I'm finally at the top of my game. Now I'm home, ready to claim everything I've dreamed of: a Stanley Cup Championship and the curvaceous brown-eyed woman I left behind. This time, nothing is gonna stand in my way--not even her legendary family. When a nasty hit sidelines me with a concussion, I make a play to keep Naya closer than ever. I can’t forget she’s mine, even when my memory troubles threaten my career. I need to convince her that the one smokin' hot night we had together wasn't enough. I need her now and forever. And I'll do whatever it takes to prove it.
