Freelancer (Freelancer #1)

The Freelancer kills people who need killing.
Behind his cover as a New York banker, Axel Monk is the deadliest assassin for an organization called the Conglomerate. They tell him who to eliminate, and he gets it done. Clean. Professional. Untraceable.

When Mexico's most ruthless cartel boss plans a coup that threatens to destabilize North America, Monk goes in as an arms dealer. It should be a simple hit. But someone inside the Conglomerate has other plans. With a mole feeding his every move to the enemy and allies he can't trust, Monk must navigate a maze of betrayal where one wrong step means a bullet in the back.

Chase Austin delivers another ruthless thriller - a blood-soaked journey into the depths of Mexican cartels.
