Overview
What happens when an aging fanboy, trapped in his favorite sci-fi show, discovers that becoming an actual hero is better than watching the same old reruns?

Ronny Singer grew up watching endless re-runs of “Jet Maddox in the 23rd Century”. He loved the short-lived show so much that he founded its fan club and wrote the show's Wikipedia page. But after a strange encounter with the show’s eccentric creator, Ronny finds himself propelled into an alternate universe where Jet Maddox is real, and Ronny is a lowly crew member on the galaxy’s most powerful spaceship, the Condor. Giving himself the name Ridge Stryker (he needed a cool name after all), Ronny must use his knowledge of the show’s episode history to advance through the ranks until he attains the power to return home.

Perfect for fans of funny science-fiction like Galaxy Quest, Redshirts, and The Orville, and those who enjoy the flamboyant space adventures of classic shows like Buck Rogers, Battlestar Galactica, and Star Trek's campy third season.

In the show's pilot episode, "The Anaxar Run", Captain Jet Maddox and Major Lovely try to break up a slave ring operating in a mining belt of the Rigel system. Since Ronny has seen the pilot episode a hundred times, he knows that an Omicron nobleman by the name of Virgil Kruxton (a recurring villain) is the bad guy financing the illegal slave trade. Seeking to be promoted from the rank of ensign, can Ronny Singer, in the guise of Ridge Stryker, use his advance knowledge to capture Virgil Kruxton where Jet and Lovely failed?

The first in a series, the story follows Ronny Singer's journey through the show's episodes as he meets all of his favorite characters; the stern but sexy Major Lovely, sassy fighter pilot Caterina 'Cat' Vasquez, wordless background player Lt. Gene Planski, cocky space rogue Damian Cools, the alluring Queen Drusilla, leader of the Draxon Empire, and Jet Maddox, the show's vain and swashbuckling hero with a penchant for malapropisms.
