A New Pa for Lila (Fatherless Western Children #1)

Child lost. Frantic search. Found by a stranger.

Forced to find a new place to live because her daughter, Lila, has been rendered mute by a shocking event, Marly Stanton sets off on a perilous journey.

Hiding from his past, reclusive Brady Doolan lives alone in the mountains.

He finds little Lila wandering around on her own, unable to tell him who she is. Believing she has been abandoned, he decides to keep her.

When her frantic mother, Marly, comes to him for help, he has only three choices.

Turn the mother away.
Risk losing Lila by admitting she is with him.
Or suggest a marriage of convenience, so he wouldn’t lose the little girl he has grown to love, and Marly and Lila would have somewhere safe to live.

Will a desperate Marly agree to a marriage of convenience with Brady, and if so, could it ever turn into something more?
