Truffles & Lollipop Go To Daycare (Adventures of Truffles & Lollipop)

A Timid Shelter Dog and a Spirited Pup Find Healing TogetherWhen the beloved family dog, Lexi, passes away after fifteen joyous years, she leaves behind a quiet house and heartbroken owners. Hoping to fill the silence, Mom and Dad adopt Lollipop, a spirited pup with a white patch on her chest that looks just like angel wings.

But Lollipop has energy to burn, and she needs a playmate to share the fun. Enter Truffles, a timid shelter dog found high in the mountains. Unlike the playful Lollipop, Truffles is terrified of everything—cars, shadows, and even toys. She clings to Dad like Velcro, leaving Lollipop confused and lonely.

In Truffles & Lollipop, Paul Michael Yantus weaves a heartwarming tale about the power of patience and the magic of second chances. Through gentle nudges and shared chew toys, Lollipop learns that friendship can’t be rushed, while Truffles discovers the courage to come out from under the desk.

Together, these two very different dogs find healing, proving to young readers that the best friendships often take a little time to grow.A Heartwarming Story About Rescue Dogs, Patience, and New Friendships & Beginnings
