Love and Leashes (Foxglove Falls Book 1)

Cora Whitfield loves dogs. She rescues them, rehabilitates them, and understands them far better than she understands people. Dogs are honest. Humans lie, complicate things, and tend to break your heart—so Cora sticks to what she knows and pours everything into Second Chances Rescue, her dog sanctuary in a quiet mountain town.

When a brutal storm leaves the rescue in chaos, Cora is forced to accept help… from three men she definitely did not plan for...

There’s Beck Calder, the emotionally constipated veterinarian who’s allergic to feelings.
Matteo Reyes, the charming contractor whose smile should probably be illegal.
And Jonah Kerr, the mysterious volunteer who bonds with traumatized dogs like he’s whispering directly to their souls.

As the rescue is rebuilt and attraction blurs into something deeper, Cora starts to wonder if maybe loving people could be worth the risk—
until she realizes not everyone came to Second Chances by accident.

And trusting the wrong person could cost her everything.

Love and Leashes is a contemporary new adult reverse harem novel, which means the leading lady has several love interests and never has to choose in order to find her HEA. This book is a sweeter, low drama romance with most of the focus spent on building the relationship between the characters. This is book one of The Foxglove Falls Series and does end on a cliffhanger.
