Somewhere inside the chaos, a classically trained Nigerian British actor named James Wright is giving the performance of a lifetime to an audience that can't stop arguing long enough to watch it. And André Reynolds, the head of marketing, has discovered that polarization is the only algorithm that never stops paying.
