Duck Had Good News: An Easter Story of Hope

Duck has something important to share this Easter... but he’s not the Easter Bunny.

Duck Had Good News is a gentle, faith-based Easter story that helps young children understand the true meaning of Easter through hope, love, and new life. Perfect for families looking for a Christian Easter book for kids that feels warm, joyful, and easy for little ones to understand.

As Duck waddles through the woods sharing what Easter means, Bunny watches with quiet skepticism, Squirrel asks questions, and curious listeners begin to gather. With expressive woodland animals, gentle humor, and a heartwarming refrain, this beautifully paced Easter picture book reminds children that the message of Easter isn’t about who you are... it’s about sharing the good news you carry.

Perfect for ages 3–7, this Easter story for kids celebrates confidence, kindness, and the hope that love rises again. A special back section also helps parents and children explore the meaning of Easter together.
