Big Trouble in a Little Mafia

A sexy, dark romantic comedy with violent shenanigans and a dangerous game of love and lust.

After years of dedicating my life to a thankless job, I’m over Corporate America. I’ve endured enough—employees who only cared about my snacks and stress hemorrhoids—and I deserve a summer getaway to turn forty in sunshine.

Not a syringe to the neck.

The random housesitting opportunity I found is a reminder that “too good to be true” comes with a price.

I never planned to get kidnapped in my bonnet, but what’s an unemployed HR manager to do when two doses of mistaken identity land me in a crime boss’s bed? A fine crime boss with an attitude and a ceiling mirror. I do what anyone would do: turn my lemons into seltz limone e sale and make him pay…literally. I’m enjoying my vacation one way or another, the threat of war with one of Sicily’s biggest mafias be damned.

Big Trouble in a Little Mafia is a standalone dark mafia rom-com about a fed-up heroine and a morally grey cinnamon roll hero with a kill container and a love language of cooking. Deception, secret identities, and a voluntold marriage of convenience weave together in picturesque scenes and a pleasure club for an unexpected happily-ever-after. There’s some unaliving, but we make it funny (and put dogs in bulletproof vests).
