Biscuits and Bodies (Moonstone Bakery, #7)

The biscuits are fresh, the sea breeze is warm, and Ginny Malone's life in Moonstone Bay has never been sweeter—until murder comes to obedience school…
When Vince's sister Elaine rolls into town with Shadow, her devoted German Shepherd, for a K-9 training clinic with a legendary dog trainer, Ginny is excited to have some time to bond.
But the training takes a troubling turn when Elaine publicly clashes with Leo West, the hardheaded instructor whose methods put both handlers and dogs on edge. When Leo is found dead on the property later that night, Elaine’s argument with him makes her an easy target for suspicion.
Determined to protect Vince's family, Ginny dives into a world she never expected—competitive dog training, where grudges run deep, egos run wild, and everyone has something to hide. Between running the bakery, wrangling Shortcake's jealousy over their new canine houseguest, and following a trail of clues that even Shadow seems eager to help uncover, Ginny and Vince must work fast before the real killer covers their tracks.
With spring in the air and danger around every corner, it's going to take more than a good nose to crack this case.
Biscuits and Bodies is a fetching cozy mystery filled with seaside charm, new family bonds, four-legged friends, and a whodunit that will keep you guessing right up to the final twist.
