Maybe sleeping with your roommate isn’t always a bad idea after all...

Jake just lost his dad and to make matters worse, his best friend backed
out of moving into an apartment with him. He hasn’t been looking for a
roommate, but when he overhears that the pretty girl he just met needs
a place to live? It made sense to offer her the extra room. Right?

Ita put off going to school for two years, and she was finally able to help
her mom move out of their home. She knows she will need somewhere
to stay before school starts, but she didn’t expect a random (hot)
