Alessia Quinn has rules when it comes to love.

Never lose yourself.
Never settle.
And never stay where you're no longer a priority.

Then she fell in love with Cassian.

For him, she broke every rule. She waited through late nights at the office. Ate dinner alone more times than she could count. Kept convincing herself that tomorrow would be different.

Until one night left her no promise of tomorrow.

Heartbroken, Alessia walked away with one impossible wish: to never have met her husband at all.

She didn't imagine an accident would make that wish come true.

When Alessia wakes, her life with Cassian is gone. The marriage. The memories. The love she once had for him.

Cassian remembers all of it.

Every dinner he missed. Every promise he broke. Every time he made her feel like she came second.

He can't undo the choices that drove her away. He can't give her back the time she lost believing she wasn't enough.

But he can make sure the woman standing in front of him doesn't ever feel forgotten again.
