The Pomegranate-Eater

Everyday she eats pomegranates. Sitting on her balcony she picks apart the ripe fruits, placing the seeds upon her tongue and swallowing them one after the other. Unbeknownst to her, the artist watches. As she stares at her neighbour through the window, she spends hours each day drawing her, sketching her, hungering for her.

When she finally builds up the courage to knock at her door, they get dragged into a dangerous dance of obsession, hunger and indulgence.
