The Summer I Fell for My Fake Boyfriend (Legacy Inn #2)

What’s the first rule of having a fake boyfriend? Don’t catch feelings. Especially if he’s the guy of your dreams…

I should’ve known better than to rise to the bait. But I was sick of being called undateable by Edendale High’s mean girls. So I told them I had a boyfriend.

The problem? I lied. And now they’re doing everything they can to prove it. It looks like my time is up.

Until I meet Wes Adams.

Handsome, funny, and the state's most coveted quarterback, Wes is a total catch -- and he’s newly single. He also happens to be working with me at Legacy Inn this summer.

When Wes proposes a fake relationship, it seems like the perfect answer to both of our problems: I help make his ex jealous, and he pretends to be my boyfriend in front of the girls from school.

But, the more time we spend together, the more I realize I have an even bigger problem:

If dating Wes is supposed to be fake, why does it feel so real?
