Murder at Saint Gall Abbey: Windmere Cove Cozy Mystery Book 6

Ten years of applications. Five seats a year. Izzy Harper finally got her yes. A masterclass at a Swiss abbey older than most countries, taught by a legend. The legend didn't survive the first day.

Dr. Anselm Brandt taught by taking people apart. One morning in his kitchen and the room had learned to fear him. By lunch he was dead in his quarters, and nobody seemed sorry.

They want it called natural. Doors that stood open at breakfast are locked by afternoon, and no one leaves the city until the death is closed. Izzy stood in that room. She knows the tidy version is a lie.

Noodle walked her to the body before anyone knew to look for one. Since then, his nose keeps leading them to what this abbey doesn't want found.

The monastery has kept its secrets for a thousand years. Izzy has been here two days, and she's already holding one worth killing for.

The mystery in this book resolves on its own. The story around it runs deeper. New readers will enjoy it as a standalone, but it's far better after the first two books in the series.
